Yes, we can produce samples according to your design. Sample fees are calculated based on materials and complexity. Often, the cost can be deducted from the final bulk order to save you money.

Our standard MOQ is 500–1,000 units per style (depending on complexity), but we’re flexible for first-time collaborations. For trial orders, we can start at 300 units to help you test the market.

Absolutely. We can approach this two ways:

(1) If you have a target FOB, we’ll reverse-engineer the material specs and construction methods to hit your price point;

or (2) If you send a tech pack or sample, we’ll calculate the fairest FOB based on actual costs. Just let us know your priority—cost control or spec fidelity—and we’ll optimize accordingly.

For new clients, we operate on 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy (TT). Once we’ve established a 12-month trading history and your annual procurement volume reaches a certain threshold, we’re open to revisiting this structure and offering OA (Open Account) terms to support your cash flow.

Our facilities are audited under BSCI, SMETA (4-Pillar), and ISO 9001. We also maintain compliance with many brands’ standards. Audit reports are available under NDA for qualified buyers.

Yes, we support GRS-certified production.

Yes, we can source FSC-certified paper hangtags, cartons. Please specify FSC requirements in your tech pack so we ensure chain-of-custody documentation is included in your shipment.

100%. As an OEM supplier to major brands in electronics, cosmetics, and luxury sectors, we operate under strict NDAs. Your designs, 3D renders, and material choices remain confidential and will never be shared with third parties or used for our own marketing without written permission.

We’re fully equipped to reverse-engineer physical samples. Send us your sample, and we’ll break down the construction, identify materials (down to zipper gauge and thread count), and create a proto sample for your approval. Of course, if you have a tech pack, that speeds up the process significantly.

We default to AQL 1.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects (industry standard for hardlines). You’re welcome to appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek for pre-shipment inspections (PSI) at our facilities—we coordinate fully and provide factory access.

If defects are discovered upon receipt (within 30 days of arrival), provide photographic evidence and a batch report. Upon verification, we offer replacement units, repair compensation, or credit notes for future orders—whichever suits your logistics best.

Yes. For premium hardware like YKK or Fidlock, we maintain relationships with authorized distributors across Asia (Hongkong, Japan) to hedge against lead time fluctuations. For fabrics, we stock greige goods locally and maintain dyeing partnerships in Zhejiang and Guangdong to ensure continuity.

Certainly. We can split your PO into multiple SKUs and ship to different destinations (e.g., 30% to Los Angeles, 40% to Rotterdam, 30% to Sydney etc) under separate B/Ls. Each shipment is labeled and packed according to the destination warehouse requirements.

We book space 3–4 weeks in advance during peak season (Q4 and pre-Chinese New Year) and maintain relationships with multiple NVOCCs. If rollovers occur, we immediately pivot to alternative routings (e.g., transhipment via Busan or Singapore) to minimize delays. We’ll always give you early warning if we see capacity tightening (like the current Canada lane constraints).

Standard proto samples take 7–10 days. For complex assemblies (ultrasonic welded seams, RF welding, laser-cut patterns, or hot-seal construction), allow 12–15 working days to perfect the bonding strength and seam tape application.

Yes. We submit physical swatch cards (4″×4″ minimum) for fabric, webbing, and lining selection. For dyed materials, we provide lab dips (small dye samples) for color approval within 3–5 days. Bulk dyeing only begins after your signed approval on the lab dip to eliminate shade discrepancies.
